Hate Bill 229 Community Meeting

Join us for a Community Meeting to discuss the impact of recent anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation passed in the Texas Legislature.

We’ll gather on June 5th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Let’s Be Honest to talk about how these laws affect our community and how we can respond. We’ll be joined by Senator José Menéndez, Sofia Sepúlveda from Equality Texas, Robert Vargas, president of Texas Stonewall Democrats, and Frankie Gonzáles-Wolfe, co-chair of the San Antonio Stonewall Democrats.

Let’s stand together, understand these bills that passed, share resources, and build strategies to protect our rights and well-being.
